The Agrilides Villas are located on the island of Lefkada, in the area of Agia Marina, very close to Lefkas Town (1 km / 3,280ft.) and only 400m (1,312 ft) from the famous beach of Agios Ioannis, awarded the Blue Flag each year, a beach ideal for aquatic activities (wind surfing, kite surfing, etc.)

The Agrilides Villas are easily accessible since they located just 1km (3,280ft) from the entrance of Lefkada. Given their location, they offer their guests the option of choosing among the many sites of interest of the surrounding area – ideal for long walks or bicycling – and the greater area of Lefkada, given that the island’s main roads are easily accessible from the villas.

The “Agrilides Villas” opened in May of 2009 and are comprised of two newly built traditional luxurious villas, with independent swimming pools. They are located on a 1 acre garden, in the heart of the olive grove of Lefkada with a lovely sea view.

Each villa has two levels that are connected with a wooden interior staircase and can accommodate up to 8 persons.

The 1st floor features an open plan kitchen-dining room-living room with a fireplace and additionally, a bedroom and a bathroom.

On the 2nd floor there are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The bedrooms either have a double bed or two single beds and air-conditioning.

The living room on the 1st floor can easily accommodate 2 extra persons, since the sofa is easily converted into a double bed.

All areas feature independent heating (radiators) and air-conditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped with built-in electrical appliances (stove, fridge-freezer, dish washer, washing machine, microwave oven etc.), cookware and other appliances (toaster, coffee-maker, boiler, juice-maker, etc.).

Additional amenities include: iron and ironing board, and hairdryer.

Both levels are surrounded by large, furnished verandas, with a view of the inland sea of Lefkada and the sea that surrounds it. In the garden, apart from a swimming pool (45sq.m. / 482sq.ft.), each villa features an area with gazebos, a barbeque and a spacious parking area.

The lush green garden and surrounding environment creates a cool, quiet and relaxing atmosphere. An ideal choice for relaxation close to the beach, near Lefkas Town that combines the peace and serenity of the olive grove and the view of the sea.
